Q: How do I add a live chat button to my web page?

1.Sign up for an account.
2. Follow the setup instructions displayed after logging in.

Q: Is the service hosted?

CustomerReach is available as both a hosted or stand-alone system. The hosted service eliminates the need for companies to invest in the upgrade and maintenance costs associated with a live chat service.

Q: What software is required to get the system up and running?

To get up-and-running, your agents/operators need to install the client program. Then you place a live chat button on your web pages. Your web site visitors do not need to install any software.

Q: Is there a way for me to demo the product without adding the live chat button to my web pages?

Yes, once you have an account, you can log on to your account on our web site where you can view a test page with a live chat button on it.

Q: Is there a limit on the number of chats an operator can be having simultaneously?

No, there is no limit.

Q: Do you have the ability to push pages to customers?

Yes, this is easily done with the integrated browser.

Q: How am I alerted to an incoming chat?

There are audio and visual alerts that can be configured to alert you to an incoming chat.

Q: Does CustomerReach have a spell checker?

Yes, you can configure CustomerReach to check the spelling as you type and you can check spelling by clicking a button.

Q: Can I transfer calls?

Yes, calls can be transfered to other available agents.

Q: Can I track people who visit my site and be notified when they enter it?

Yes, with CustomerReach you can track the visitors on your web site. When a visitor comes to your web site, you can be notified with an audio and/or visual alert.
